Great art of great memories courting my wife 35 years ago in NE Iowa! Wonderful canoe trips on the Turkey River, lazy afternoon picnics along the banks, wonderful walks in the woods! Your art has brought it all back to me! Thanks so much. PVV, Phoenix, AZ   By: Paul Vizzini

I have admired your work for many years it is fantastic, charlie heins  By: Charlie Heins

Hello Fred! I just reviewed your web site looking for a possible river painting from the hillside of Guttenberg, IA. I'm still interested if you're ever so inspired. My wall space is limited. I like your Morning Islands, 10" s 40". Waiting. . . Marion Jacobs  By: Marion Jacobs

Great new 2008 paintings! Your work is fantastic!  By: Stacey

I was browsing an arts magazine and came across an illustration of one of your works. At first, I thought it was a lovely photograph. How striking to be able to capture the colors, textures, and moods with a brush. Very nice. By: Jim Ruebush

Fred, your work is amazing and continues to sing the air of Iowa. Congratulations and I wish you the best in 2008. By: Chris Style

Hi Fred, I am from Cedar Rapids also. I saw your work in the conference room of Bamk Iowa located on C Ave. I was glad to see you on the web. I can\'t believe how real your paintings look. I really thought it was a photograph! Maybe I can purchase one some day! Have you ever considered going a series at Ushers Ferry Historic Village. That Seminole Valley is very nice and along the Cedar of course. I have volunteered there for 10 years. I know they would be happy to have the area preserved. Thank you - Ann Harris

INCREDIBLE UPDATE to the website. Two Easkers for the price of one!! I am going to need some time to browse through the site but I all ready know that I will not be disappointed. I hope all is going well for you (both!)!! - By: Chuck Rankin

You're work is beautiful! Having grown up in Marion, IA and graduating from Linn Mar, I moved to Texas for 15 years, returning only to find urban development spoiling much of the open spaces I remembered and played in as a young girl. You're paintings remind me of the beauty I remembered traveling the country roads on Sunday family drives; I miss those days. Thank you for capturing Iowa's beautiful images that are forever a part of my life and sharing it so others can enjoy. - By: Sharon Foster

This is a wonderful idea. Thank you. - By: Candy Wong

Fred, I feel bad because I had intended to get onto the website immediately when you told me about it weeks ago...I apologize for being so consumed with my own job that I didn't get it done.
